HB 480 establishes liens for labor, services, or materials performed or furnished by registered interior decorators. It further provides that applicants who have maintained a salesperson's license in active status for at least three of the five preceding years, or maintain a broker's license in active status for at least five years to become a broker, are qualified applicants.
